Toddler Health Care in Susukan Continues to Be Optimized

The Susukan District Urban Village ranks, Ciracas, East Jakarta keeps ensuring the toddler health care is running optimally. Including one of the toddlers in RT 05/07 who suffers from flaccid paralysis.

Susukan Urban Village Head, Andri Priwitama Maila, said the toddler, who currently lives with his grandmother, has had paralysis since he was nine months old.

"We continue to monitor and facilitate to be taken to the hospital to get medical treatment. Currently, the accompanying diseases, namely, TB and Lungs have been cured," he said, Tuesday (7/1).

He added that his side has also cooperated with East Jakarta Baznas (Bazis) for getting the AVO or theraphy shoes.

"The toddler, who is now two years and nine months old, can now touch the floor with his feet after being treated with AVO shoes and his head is starting to stand straight. Previously he was only looking down all the time," he added.

Meanwhile, Toddler's grandmother, Sumarni (51) expressed her appreciation and gratitude to the urban village ranks and others who had helped heal her grandson.

"Thanks God, the condition improves a lot. Hopefully he can go back to normal condition," she said.
